01When do you deliver to Harare?
Every Tuesday and Friday. Delivery is FREE on all orders over US$50 — orders under US$50 pay a small delivery fee. Place your order 24 hours ahead to secure a slot on the next delivery run.
02Where can I meet you in person?
Catch us at Stables Market every Saturday. Right now the stall is a Granaburst pop-up — come grab a chilled mocktail, taste our cold-pressed passion fruit juice, and take a bottle home.
03Can I pick up from the farm?
Yes — pickup is available at Zvizegwe Farm, Raffingora, Monday to Saturday between 8am and 4pm.
04How should I store fresh produce?
Green bananas ripen at room temperature. Meat should be refrigerated on arrival and used within 3 days, or frozen for up to 3 months. Juice keeps 7 days sealed, 3 days once opened.
05Do you accept EcoCash?
Yes. Choose 'Pay online' at checkout, or confirm your order via WhatsApp and pay on delivery with EcoCash or cash.
06Is the Rabbit Brew safe for edible crops?
Absolutely. It's a fully organic, aerobically-brewed liquid fertilizer, safe for vegetables, fruit trees and ornamentals.
